What is an Energy Performance Certificate?

The government is committed to comply with EU Directive 2002/91/EC which aims to promote improvements in the energy performance of buidings.

All buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, will require an EPC.

The certificate will give prospective purchasers an easy to read guide to the likely energy costs of occupying the property.

Stacey Surveys is a family run business, of which can offer Domestic EPCs. All our EPCs are registered as an official document on Landmark and are valid for up to 10 years.
