Design Stage SAP Calculations
A SAP Rating will be required at the Design Stage, which is the point when any recommendations can be given on how to improve the specification and improve the SAP Rating and Efficiency.
Final Build Stage SAP Calculations
Another SAP Rating will be required at the Final Build Stage and it is at this stage that any pressure test results, or amendments to the specification are entered into the calculation to produce the final Ratings and Energy Performance Certificates
On Construction Energy Performance Certificate - OCEPC
OCEPC's are issued once a property has been constructed, and informs owners and potential buyers about the energy efficiency of a home. All OCEPC's have an integrated "Recommendation Report" which includes advice and suggestions on improvements which could be made to reduce the carbon emissions of the property, and also save the owner money.
